For the moment, I will not write about Kyudo as a whole. I rather stick to the field I know pretty well: Equipment. Over the last 12 years, I gained quite a bit experience about the care and repair of Kyudo Equipment. I also built some parts of it myself. The following does not claim to be absolute or complete. It is just a collection of what I learnt from fellow Kyudokas, the internet, books, scripts and trial-and-error. If you disagree with something or would like to add or correct the posted information, please feel free to contact me! This is a project in process. I'll try to publish stuff at least once a week until all basics are covered. I will also keep it updated as good as possible.
NewsI just returned from a Kyudo Program in Frankfurt. After 3 training days, I passed my exam for 1st Dan on the 4th day (19th of July 2009). 11th of September 2010: I passed the exam for Nidan (2nd Dan) in Hamburg! |
